You are looking at a Quality factory built Goose Neck Equipment trailer built by Interstate Trailer Mfg. It is a HEAVY DUTY Equipment hauling trailer. The attention to detail on this trailer is incredible! You will not you will see this type of quality on many trailers out there. This one is the "real deal", if you are tired of buying under built junk trailers that end up costing you time and money, read on:

As many of you know, or have heard, a goose neck trailer will carry, ride smoother and pull much better than a "bumper pull" type trailer.  Common sense tells you hanging this much weight on your back bumper is not a stable as putting the weight in the center of your bed!

Frame:
Both the Goose neck tongue and frame of this equipment mover is constructed of Structural six inch channel Iron, (8" on the heaveier 14,000 and 15,000# models) with 3 inch channel iron cross members, EVERY 16 inches under the deck  Under the rear dove tail section the manufacture has welded two channels right under the decking, right where the tires will roll, for added support. Can you say HEAVY DUTY!

Decking:
The deck measures approximately 81" wide between the fenders, (the trailer is 102" over all width) and 16' long from the front bumper rail to the point on the deck where the dove tail starts. From there, is has another 30" (2 1/2 feet) of downward slope "dove tail" which lowers the rear of the trailer another 6 inches, and at 30 inches long, makes for a easy approach angle for driving up on the deck! . The deck is constructed of top quality 2" pressure treated lumber, screwed down with oversize 5/16" machine threaded torx drive deck screws.

Features:
 It has 1/8" thick DIAMOND PLATE fenders, (not those cheap stamped fenders, and even thicker than other peoples "heavy duty" 14 or 12 ga. fenders) You can walk all over these fenders! It has TWO 12,000 pound capacity, drop leg jack landing gear.  It also has 4 heavy duty D rings welded at each corner for more load tie down options.

Hitch:
The hitch on this trailer is a Goose neck type, with adjustable height, and a 2 -5/16 ball  It has two HEAVY 3/8"  plated safety chains with forged lock hasp hooks, BOLTED to the neck (not welded).

Running gear:
The running gear on this trailer actually consist of two DEXTER easy lube axles. Be confident that this trailer is over built! It has Dexter "E-Z Lube" hubs with 8 bolt, 16" wheels, and Heavy duty 12 inch electric brakes on all wheels. The tires are Load range E, 10 Ply Radial LT 235 85 R 16 tires. The axles carry a limited lifetime warranty.

Brakes:
It is equipped with heavy duty,  large 12" electric drum brakes on all 4 wheels, and has a emergency Wet Cell Battery with a pull pin type break away switch which will activate the brakes in the event the trailer comes un-coupled from the truck.

Tires:
It is equipped with new Radial tires, 15 inch Carlisle LT235-85R16 Radial load range D trailer tires with 6 hole wheels on the 5200# axles, and LT235/85R16 radails on the 7,000# axles.  The tires carry a 10 ply rating, load range E,  and are mounted on 16 x 7,  8 hole White Modular Style Powder Coated wheels.

Ramps:
To allow rolling equipment to be loaded, the trailer has two five foot long ramps that fold up at the rear of the trailer. The ramps are constructed of 4 inch channel iron, with 3 inch angle "rungs", and at five feet long, make for a gradual slope to drive up on! And with the pull of hitch pin, the ramps can be removed completely.

Paint and finish:
This trailer first prepped with ACID ETCHING to clean the steel, then is primed and finished coated with high gloss acrylic enamel Black paint, applied BEFORE the deck is installed. That's right, it is primed and painted underneath, on top, and even where the wood deck is screwed to the frame.  With DOT reflective tape applied down each side it looks sharp, and glows in the dark!

Electrical:
Are you tired of hooking up to a trailer, then checks the lights only to discover one in not working?? The wiring and lights installed on this trailer are of top quality!  The front vehicle plug is a "7 way RV type plug" and is of the sealed type, and is permanently bonded to the one piece Rubber jacketed cord. All connections are made inside a steel junction box. All wiring is ran inside steel conduit, with all wire is sealed with silicone sealer at any point where it enters or exits the conduit, frame, or lights. ALL lights are the sealed "plug in" type with o ring seals on the plug connectors. ALL of the lights are of the sealed type and are completely submersible. All plug connectors are the rubber grommet type for corrosion resistance!  The attention to detail on the electrical system is incredible, and should give you years of trouble free service!

Warranty:
The welds and construction of this trailer carry a full three year warranty. The Dexter axles carry a 5 year warranty, so long as properly lubricated, with a lifetime rust through warranty. The tires are warranted buy the tire manufacture (Carlisle). In addiation un-like almost every other trailer manufacturer, this trailer carries a full 2 year warrenty on the paint!

I am located in Seneca Illinois, about 25 miles west of Joliet, ILL (exit 105 on I80) and will deliver to the Joliet, South Chicago area free. Other fees:
This is a new trailer, never titled. If you are a Illinois resident, you must pay 6.25% sales tax, and all state required title and license fees.  All paperwork for your tags will be handled by me (at NO extra charge) so you dont have to go to your local DMV and wait in line! I can even handle a plate transfer if you want to switch plates from a trailer you already have. Out of state buyers will be furnished with a notarized bill of sale, a manufactures statement of origin, and a temporary drive away permit. ($10.00)
