Did you know that even the best paint, powder coat, or epoxy coating is only as good preparation of the surface to be covered?  Even spray on bed liners wont stick to dirty oily steel!  Take a look at these pictures, taken inside the paint area at our builder.  All our Equipment, Flatbed and Car Hauler trailers undergo a rigorous preparation and wash down prior to any paint. All loose scale and oil is pressure washed with a special chemical bath specially formulated to prepare steel to be painted

All frames a FULLY primed both underneath, and on top, then covered in a two part epoxy industrial coating supplied by PPG. Because PPG has specified in detail the chemicals to be used to prep the steel for painting, and how they are used, and also specified a compatible PPG primer designed to bond to the prepared steel, PPG will warranty the finish on these trailers for a full TWO years

Then, after the paint is applied to the top, BOTTOM and sides of the trailer, the decking is applied, PRESS FIT, screwed down every 32" to 48" with 5 /16" machine thread, plated deck screws!
