The Trailer Featured here was built for a professional racer. The gentleman wanted "Private" dressing room in the front of his race trailer, and 16 feet in the back for his "toys".

He plans to put in a recliner and TV in the front section. The Roof AC is a large unit, and is positioned right above the wall to allow AC to blow into both the front and rear sections.

Floor tie Downs were added after these pictures were taken, positioned to fit his application exactly.

The only other option he considered (but ultimately did not order) was a fold out side awning.
